CLAUSE 1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on naga88, accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds, or placing a wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, whether registered or browsing as a guest.

naga88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.

CLAUSE 2 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to naga88 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. naga88 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players, consistent with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are playing solely for your own personal entertainment.
• You have not previously been excluded from naga88 or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or by operator action.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or gambling block programme that would prohibit your use of the Platform.

naga88 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in withdrawal requests being held pending review.

CLAUSE 3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the naga88 Platform, you must register for an account. During registration you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must notify naga88 promptly if any of your registered details change.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, with balances voided.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. naga88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must notify naga88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting [email protected].
• naga88 may, at its discretion, require additional verification steps before permitting login from an unrecognised device or location.

CLAUSE 4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

naga88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

• All deposits are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, to reduce the risk of fraud and money laundering.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will have withdrawal requests queued until verification is approved.
• naga88 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals via local payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Third-party charges imposed by your payment provider are outside our control and remain your responsibility.
• naga88 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that it has reasonable grounds to believe is fraudulent, related to money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.
• Funds deposited on the Platform may only be used for entertainment gaming purposes. naga88 does not accept deposits made with the intent to hold funds rather than play.

CLAUSE 5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

naga88 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are not redeemable for cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement, minimum odds (where applicable), eligible games, and expiry period will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once via duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
• naga88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed under their stated terms at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses credited to your account as a result of a system error, technical fault, or pricing error are not valid and will be removed. Any winnings generated from an erroneously credited bonus are void and will not be paid out.
• naga88 may, at its absolute discretion, limit the eligibility of specific games towards bonus wagering requirements. A list of excluded or reduced-contribution games will be displayed in the promotion terms or on request via support.

CLAUSE 6 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

naga88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in Bangladesh. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity effectively. These tools are available directly from your account settings and include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

• Deposit limits and loss limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Temporary self-exclusion periods (cooling-off) may be set for durations of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, wager, or claim bonuses.
• Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. Players who wish to permanently self-exclude should contact [email protected] immediately.
• During any self-exclusion period, naga88 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded player.

CLAUSE 7 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

naga88 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest behaviour on the Platform. The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on naga88, either individually or in coordination with other persons.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the Platform or any of its games.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing anomalies to generate unfair advantage. Any winnings generated from a known or suspected exploit are void.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of naga88.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing naga88 staff, live dealers, or other players in any game chat or communication channel.

CLAUSE 8 Intellectual Property

All content on the naga88 Platform — including but not limited to the naga88 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of naga88 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the naga88 Platform without prior written consent from naga88. Personal, non-commercial viewing of Platform content for the purpose of using the service as intended does not require separate authorisation.

CLAUSE 9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, naga88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform, including during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.
• Any delay, interruption, or error in the transmission of data between your device and the naga88 servers.
• The outcome of any game, bet, or wager placed on the Platform. All gambling carries inherent risk, and naga88 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

naga88's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

CLAUSE 10 Privacy and Data Protection

naga88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. CLAUSE 11 Account Termination and Suspension

naga88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without providing prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant and subject to an inactivity administrative fee as stated in the Platform's fee schedule.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring naga88 to restrict access to the Platform for certain categories of user.

Upon account closure for a reason other than a breach by the player, any verified account balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable checks.

CLAUSE 12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the outcome of a game, a transaction, or any aspect of our service, you should first raise the matter with our support team by emailing [email protected]. Please include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (such as transaction IDs or screenshots). naga88 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a final response within 10 business days.

naga88 retains full and final decision-making authority regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms. The decision of naga88's internal review process shall be considered final in respect of disputes arising from game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status determinations.

CLAUSE 13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute not resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Clause 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant governing territory. naga88 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond those it directly serves, and it is the responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all local laws applicable to them.

CLAUSE 14 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and naga88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
